SUPER SHOPPER TREAT RAFFLE PROMO
Promo period is from October 10, 2024 – October 31, 2024 (11:59:59 pm).
Shoppers must be 18 years old and above to qualify.
Participating Malls: all SM Supermalls nationwide.
Promo is applicable to in-store mall shoppers and delivery orders for both general merchandise and food orders. It is not valid for in-store pick up transactions.
To join, customers must do the following:
STEP 1: Download SM Malls Online App on iOS or Android.
STEP 2: Create an account by providing complete user details: full name, address, mobile number and email address.
STEP 3: A verification message from SM Malls Online will be sent to customer’s mobile number provided. Customer must enter the one-time password (OTP) in the app to verify the account.
STEP 4: Make a single-receipt purchase worth at least P1,000 by:
a.) Shopping in-store at SM Supermalls with a Swipe Coupon redeemed via SM Malls Online app;
b.) Ordering online from any brand in SM Malls Online app.
STEP 5: Upload a photo of the receipt and screenshot of redeemed Swipe Coupon to SM Malls Online Woobox link [https://woobox.com/4ehyuk] , along with customer details.
Pro-tip: For in-store shoppers, make sure that the redeemed Swipe Coupon is used upon purchase of the item/s indicated on the official receipt.
STEP 6: Fill out the following personal details on the form:
a.) First Name, Last Name
b.) Email Address
c.) Address
d.) Contact number (same number as registered number on the SM Malls Online app)
e.) Nearest SM Supermalls branch
f.) Agree to the Terms and Conditions
STEP 7: Every successful form submission is equivalent to 1 raffle entry. Participants can submit multiple entries but can only WIN ONCE. If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value.
Qualified entries will be included in the electronic raffle draw. Determination of winners will be held on November 7, 2024, 10:00 am in the presence of a DTI representative.
A total of 12 winners will be raffled off based on the schedule below and will be announced via the SM Malls Online Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/smmallsonline).

All winners shall be notified by an SM Malls Online rep via registered mail and email, and their names will be posted on the SM Malls Online Facebook Page on November 15, 2024.
For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim his/her prize.
– Winner’s notification letter sent via email
– 1 Valid Government ID
Winner must personally present a valid ID that corresponds to the First Name, Last Name they used on the entry form.
Winner may claim his/her prize at 6F PHQ, MOA Square, Seashell Lane cor. Coral Way, Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City if the winner is within Metro Manila. If outside Metro Manila, they can claim their prize at an SM Supermall branch nearest to him/her.
In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf of the winner:
– Authorization letter from the Winner
– 1 valid government ID of the Winner
– Winner’s notification sent via email
– 1 valid government ID of the authorized representative
Prize is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the promo period or by claiming the prizes.
Employees of SM Prime Holdings, Inc, Malls Digital Group, its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion campaign.
Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
All complaints and queries shall be attended to by SM Malls Online team via sm.shopmag.digital@gmail.com from Monday-Friday at 10am-5pm.
SM Prime Holdings Inc reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion.
SM Malls Online reserves the right to disqualify entries that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of promo mechanics to win prizes).
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to the terms and conditions of SM Prime Holdings Inc.
Winners are given 60 days from receipt of the email notification to claim prize. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days of notification and upon approval by DTI shall be forfeited in favor of SM Prime Holdings, Inc.
SM Prime Holdings, Inc’s decision is in final concurrence with DTI.
Control Measures:
Prior to the start of the promo, a DTI representative is invited to check, test, validate and verify the system for registration, receiving of entries, assignment of unique identifier per entry and drawing of winners.
Database of entries shall be checked by the DTI representative. Each entry must contain the following information: First Name, Last Name, email address and mobile number.
A DTI representative will be invited during the actual draw of winners via video conference call.
On the winner, additional five (5) backup entries will be chosen. These entries shall be numbered and the first entry drawn shall be declared as the winning entry, in case the winner is ruled by the Board of Judges as disqualified, with approval from DTI. Process will be repeated as needed, until winners are found.
After the promo, the list of winners shall be submitted to DTI.
